Our Approach

Every engagement begins with discovery. We attend client meetings to understand the problem, facilitate workshops to document requirements, and develop solution options with full P&L forecasts. We then manage delivery — whether greenfield or off-the-shelf — using a hybrid-agile approach that protects data integrity and drives measurable outcomes.

Platform

Element‑46 doesn't only advise — we build and operate production SaaS. Club Golf League is our own multi-tenant platform, applying the same Identity-First discipline we bring to enterprise clients.

Proprietary SaaS — Built & Operated by Element‑46
Club Golf League

A full multi-tenant SaaS platform — a turnkey social golf league that runs as a structured, low-friction engagement program. Corporate HR and People teams deploy it for employee engagement; city clubs and associations run member leagues and tournaments. One platform, fully isolated per organization, operated with effectively zero overhead.

The Engagement Model
  • Recurring, not one-off — Seasons, events, and standings sustain participation across a full season, not a single event forgotten the next week
  • Inclusive by design — A handicap system lets any skill level compete fairly, so the program is for everyone, not just the low scorers
  • Brings people together — Pairings and tournaments mix players across departments, divisions, or the wider membership, building relationships that don't otherwise form
  • Measurable — Participation and engagement signals surface in admin reporting, so HR teams and club organizers can demonstrate program value
Built Identity-First
  • True multi-tenant isolation — Each organization is a fully isolated tenant; one company never sees another's data, enforced at the data layer
  • Role-tiered administration — Platform admin, league organizer, and player roles, each with scoped permissions
  • Passwordless, secure access — One-time passcode authentication, with no password sprawl
  • Enterprise discipline — Multi-tenancy is, at its core, an access-control problem — governed by the identical Identity-First principles we bring to enterprise IAM
